HUMAN RESOURCE & GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER

Requirements:

  1. Male or female, max age 38 years old
  2. Minimum Experience 5 years as HRD Manager
  3. Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law or Management from a reputable university
  4. Familiar with compensation and benefits, payroll, employee agreements and employment tax and insurance (i.e BPJS, health)
  5. Understands the aspects of employment and HR policies
  6. Good interpersonal communication and advanced administrative skills
  7. Self-motivated, hard working and able to work under pressure
  8. Experienced in handling task related to General Affair functions
  9. Experienced in designing company rules and regulations

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all recruitment, training and development activities
  2. Monitoring all personnel administration activities: employee contract, probation, termination, resignation, rotation/promotion/demotion, transfer/mutation, etc.
  3. Conduct training, man power planning, performance appraisal, organization structure & job description
  4. Build, maintain and update employee database
  5. Create and maintain an effective recruitment and training system
  6. Design, maintain and update company SOP regularly.
  7. Create a periodic evaluation for employee performance to be reviewed regularly.
  8. Prepare HR related budget
  9. Manage the GA function of the company (operational & asset maintenance)

 

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  1. Male or female, max. 30 years old
  2. S1 graduate
  3. At least 2 years experience at the same position
  4. 2-3 years sales experience
  5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  6. Excellent presentation skills
  7. Target oriented
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills
  9. Sales persuasiveness
  10. Hard worker
  11. MS Office literate (Adobe photoshop literate is a plus)
  12. Able to fluently communicate in English both spoken and written

 

EDITOR

Requirements:

  1. Male or female, max age 35 years old
  2. Able to work during weekend (periodically)
  3. S1 graduate from reputable univesity in Journalistic, Communications, or equivalent in experience required
  4. Minimum 3 years experience as and editor and writer in digital publishing
  5. A good knowledge of, and passon for, popular music across a broad range of genres, and a wide-ranging knowledge of other popular culture (film, TV, travel, etc.)
  6. Strong understanding of best practives, trends, and innovation in web content
  7. Experience managing freelance writers
  8. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  9. Excellent organizational skills
  10. Strong work ethic and team player mentality
  11. Profiency in content management systems and basic HTML

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage publishing calendar and day-to-day publishing tasks, from idea to post-production
  2. Prepare, rewrite, and edit copy for readability, including correcting errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
  3. Verify facts, dates, and statistics
  4. Craft compelling headlines that drive clicks from new and existing readers
  5. Ensure compliance with style and editorial guidelines
  6. Participate in developing editorial standars, guidelines, and processes
  7. Fulfiill post production tasks for published content
  8. Help the Executive Editor manage freelance journlists and interns.
  9. Implement content elements of SEO strategy (keywords, internal linking, meta-tags, etc.)
  10. Develop social media posts that drive engagement

 

VIDEOGRAPHER

Requirements:

  1. Male or female, max. 30 years old
  2. S1 graduate from reputable univesity in Journalistic, Communications, or equivalent in experience required
  3. Ability to shoot excellent video on broadcast and DSLR cameras
  4. Minimum 1 year experience as a videographer
  5. Ability to edit on Final Cut Pro, Final Cut X or Adobe Premiere
  6. Demonstrable interes in digital journalism and how video is consumed on the web
  7. Video technician skills also a plus
  8. Working under stric deadlines
  9. Have a passion for music, and a wide-ranging knowledge of popular culture
  10. Have an understanding of online video, social media, and YouTube as a platform
  11. An ability to generate and develop exciting, shareable ideas for online music and popular culture content
  12. Have excellent research skills and an eye for detail
  13. Have an ability to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and organisation skills
  14. Strong video production skills - experience of video editing (FCP) and photo manipulation (Photoshop) is essential
